Is there an onboarding fee?
No. There is no onboarding fee and no minimum commitment. On the Starter license you pay a 5.9% fee on sales, only when you sell.
How many stores can I run?
As many as you like at once, at no cost per store. The Starter license can open 5 new stores a month and carry 100 products per store; the Full license lifts both.
Is the fee charged on shipping and tax?
No. The platform fee is charged on the product subtotal after any discounts, coupons, and points are applied. Shipping and tax are not part of it.
How does the platform fee compare with Chipply's?
The Full license charges 2.9% of the product subtotal. Chipply charges 3.5% of product and decoration, after a $1,000 onboarding fee.
