Fundraiser store software with a live goal bar

Raise money for the cause with every order, without buying a shirt up front. The store runs for a set window, and you order blanks once it closes.

A store that raises money and holds no stock. Supporters see the group's progress, and you never sit on unsold shirts.

Closer with every order

Supporters see the total move toward the goal as paid orders come in. The closer the group gets, the more supporters want to push it over.

The cause approves the design

Frequently asked questions

Does Itemstores pay the money raised to the organization?

No. The fundraiser section shows the total on the storefront, and that's all it does. You pay the organization yourself, however you've agreed.

How is the amount raised worked out?

You choose a flat amount per paid order or a percent of each paid order. The bar updates as orders come in, with nothing to enter by hand.

Can a fundraiser store close on its own?

Yes. Set a start date and a deadline and it opens and closes in the store's time zone. Force close ends it early.

Do I need to buy inventory before a fundraiser starts?

No. Customers order during the store window, and you buy the blanks for those orders after it closes.

Can I run the same fundraiser again next year?

Yes. Copy the store with its products and website, then give the copy new dates.
