Can I see orders from all my stores in one place?
Yes. Store orders, quote orders and pay-later store orders all land in one orders list, with a source column showing the store or quote each came from. Filter by store to narrow it down.
Does Itemstores import orders from Shopify or Amazon?
No. The orders list holds orders placed in your Itemstores stores and quotes converted to orders. There are no marketplace or Shopify channels.
Can I change the items on an order after it's placed?
Yes, until that part of the order ships. Swapping sizes and colors, or adding and removing lines, leaves the payment as it was. A group already sent to Fulfill Engine can't be edited.
Can I ship part of an order now and the rest later?
Yes. Splitting fulfillment moves items into their own group with its own fulfillment and delivery status, label and tracking. Recombining them puts everything back together.
How do I know which orders need blanks ordered?
A saved filter lists orders with items that aren't in stock or covered by an open purchase order, marked with a red edge. Each line on the order shows whether it's in stock, awaiting its PO number, or needs purchasing.
Can I update a lot of orders at once?
Yes. Select orders to set their fulfillment or delivery status, print packing slips, buy shipping labels, or start a purchase order or work order from them.
