Frequently asked questions
Can I run stores for lots of schools and teams from one account?
Yes. Each school, team or club gets its own store, and the stores list shows them all together. Select a few and force open or force close them at once.
How do I reuse a team store next season?
Copy the whole store, or save its website as a template and apply it to another store. The Team Spirit template is there to start from too.
Can I create stores in bulk?
No. Stores are made one at a time. Copying a store you already run is the quickest way to start the next one.
Can a school's store use its own domain?
No. Every store lives at item.store/your-store, or at your-store.item.store on the Full license. Custom domains aren't supported.
What do I do with the orders when a store closes?
Pull the store's items into a work order and print it for the floor, with sizes counted for you. Then print packing slips for that run, or buy shipping labels for all of its orders together.
