Do I need my own Fulfill Engine account?
Yes. Connect it from your integration settings with your Fulfill Engine account ID and API key. Connecting integrations needs a Full license.
When are orders sent to Fulfill Engine?
Automatically, once the order is paid. Orders from a pay-later store or a quote converted before payment are sent when they're placed, since those get paid later.
Can one order mix print-on-demand and items I decorate myself?
Yes. The Fulfill Engine items go to Fulfill Engine as their own fulfillment group, and the rest stay with you for production.
How do I track a Fulfill Engine order?
Fulfill Engine reports when an order goes into production, ships or is canceled. The order updates on its own. An order shipped in several boxes gets a tracking number for each.
Does Fulfill Engine do embroidery?
Yes. Filter the catalog by printing method to find embroidered products. Embroidery orders are sent with the thread colors for each design.
Can I change an order after it's sent to Fulfill Engine?
No. Once a fulfillment group is submitted, its items can't be edited in Itemstores. Changes after that go through Fulfill Engine.
