Which carriers can I buy labels from?

USPS turns on in one click, and Canada Post after you accept its terms. UPS connects through your own carrier accounts, as many as you need. FedEx and DHL Express are coming soon.

How do I pay for shipping labels?

Labels bought through Itemstores come out of your shipping credits. Top up your credits any time in your settings. Labels on your own UPS account are billed to you by UPS.

What happens if I void a label?

Voiding a label bought with credits asks the carrier for a refund. The refund comes back to your credits. A label on your own carrier account is voided on the carrier's website.

Can customers pay real shipping rates at checkout?

Yes. A store can charge calculated rates from USPS, UPS or Canada Post, a flat rate, or offer free shipping or pickup. Calculated rates use the cheapest of your connected accounts for each service.

Can I print labels for a whole store at once?

Yes. Select orders on the orders list, set packages and a service for each, then buy and print the labels together.

Can I track orders I didn't buy a label for?

Yes. Add a tracking number by hand and it is tracked alongside the labels you bought and Fulfill Engine shipments, in one shipments list.
