How do I price embroidery by stitch count?
Add an embroidery upcharge rule, a grid of quantity by stitch count. Itemstores reads the stitch count from the artwork's embroidery file and charges each embroidered location separately.
Which embroidery file formats does Itemstores read?
Only .dst. Other formats like .pes or .emb aren't read. Export a .dst from your digitizing software instead. Without one, the embroidery upcharge rule doesn't apply to that product.
Can I change thread colors without re-digitizing?
Yes. Recolor threads makes a new colorway with different PMS thread colors from the same embroidery file. Change a colorway's threads later and every product using it is re-rendered.
Do thread colors show on the work order?
Yes. The printed work order shows the thread colors for each embroidered artwork, beside the sizes and placements for the run.
Can one product have both embroidery and screen printing?
Yes. Each placement is priced by its own method. An embroidered chest counts toward your stitch grid and a screen-printed back toward your ink grid.
