Frequently asked questions

Which suppliers are in the Itemstores catalog?

S&S Activewear and SanMar, plus a range of promotional product suppliers. Filter the catalog by supplier to see them all. If yours isn't there, ask support, or add its products yourself as custom supplier blanks.

Is supplier inventory live?

No. Stock is synced from each supplier daily. Treat it as this morning's count rather than this minute's. Some promo suppliers don't send reliable stock, and for those the catalog shows prices only.

Can I stop selling a size when the supplier runs out?

Yes. Turn on auto-stop selling and set a minimum stock threshold. Once the supplier's stock for a color and size drops below it, that option is treated as out of stock at checkout.

Do I have to import a whole style?

No. Pick the colors and sizes you want and import only those as a blank. Supplier piece prices come with it, and you fill in the unit cost when you order that blank on a purchase order.
