Is SanMar and S&S inventory live in Itemstores?
No. Stock syncs from each supplier daily. Treat it as this morning's count rather than this minute's.
Do I have to import a whole style?
No. Pick the colors and sizes you want and import only those. The supplier's piece prices come along with them.
Can I stop selling a size when the supplier runs out?
Yes. Set a minimum stock threshold. A color and size that drops below it goes out of stock at checkout automatically.
Can Itemstores send my purchase order to SanMar?
No. Download the purchase order as a PDF and send it yourself. Add its tracking numbers and expected date once the supplier ships.
Can I sell apparel I don't decorate myself?
Yes, through Fulfill Engine print on demand. Those items go to Fulfill Engine once the order is paid, and the rest of the order stays with you for production.
