How much is a point worth?
One point is always one cent. 2,500 points spend like $25.00, and the rate can't be changed.
What if a participant doesn't have enough Balance?
Balance covers products first, then shipping. If Balance runs short, they pay the rest by card in the same checkout. Balance is only spent once payment goes through.
How do people join a store with a loyalty program?
You issue gift cards (by email, CSV, or as a public code), or turn on the domain allowlist so anyone with a matching email domain can join. Both paths get their own gift card to redeem.
Do prices show in points or dollars?
Prices always show in dollars. A shopper who's signed in and has points in a loyalty store also sees what the price costs in points, alternating with the dollar price.
Can I adjust a participant's Balance?
Yes. Adjust loyalty points or issue a gift card for one participant or several at once. Every change is recorded with who made it.
Can a store with a loyalty program also offer pay later?
No. A store with a loyalty program can't turn on pay later, because a Balance checkout still goes through card payment.
