A point program for your company store

Nobody turns down free gear. Give employees or members points to spend in a private store. Their balance is where an order starts, not where it stops.

A company store priced in points: the shopper's $100.00 balance in the header, and new arrivals from a cap at 3,825 pts to a parka at 18.8k pts

Points in every pocket

  • Invite by email or CSV

Upload the whole roster at once instead of adding people one by one.

  • Hand out codes

A code in a welcome packet or a thank-you card lets people claim their own points.

  • Open to every work email

Anyone with a company email address can join on their own. New hires never wait on you to add them.

Every point accounted for

When someone asks where their points went, pull up every point given and spent in seconds.

A participant's point history in Itemstores: a 10k code claim, then points redeemed on three orders and earned back on two purchases, each row with its change and the balance after

Rewards that bring them back

Shoppers earn points on what they buy and spend them on their next order.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a point worth?

One point is always one cent. 2,500 points spend like $25.00, and the rate can't be changed.

What happens if a participant doesn't have enough points?

Their points come off the products first, then shipping, and they pay the rest by card in the same checkout. Points are only taken once the payment goes through.

How do people join a points store?

You invite them by email or CSV, give them a code to redeem, or turn on the domain allowlist so anyone with a matching email domain can join.

Can I show prices in points only?

Yes. Each store can show points and currency in rotation, points only, or currency only.

Can I change a participant's balance by hand?

Yes. Adjust one participant's balance, or select several and use bulk adjust balance. Every change is recorded in their point history with who made it.

Can a points store also offer pay later?

No. A store with a point program can't turn on pay later, because a points checkout still goes through card payment.
