Can a distributor use Itemstores without decorating in house?
Yes. Sell and quote decorated products, then create purchase orders for the blanks, one per supplier. Itemstores doesn't place the order for you. Download each one as a PDF to send instead.
Which supplier catalogs does Itemstores have?
SanMar and S&S Activewear for apparel, plus promotional product suppliers like Gemline, HIT, PCNA and Koozie Group. If yours isn't there, add its products yourself as custom supplier blanks.
Is supplier inventory live?
No. Stock syncs from each supplier daily. Treat it as this morning's count. Some promo suppliers don't send reliable stock. Those show prices only.
Can I run company stores with employee points?
Yes. A store can run a point program where each participant spends a balance and a card covers the rest. Invite people by email or CSV, hand out codes, or let anyone with a company email join.
Can a client approve products before they order?
Yes. Send a proposal and the client approves or rejects each product online, with no account. Convert to quote turns the approved ones into a quote they can pay from a link.
