Sync your print shop's sales to QuickBooks Online

Get your sales, refunds and Stripe fees into QuickBooks without retyping a single order.

Intuit QuickBooks

Every sale, properly booked

Ready to match, every time

Your bookkeeper lines each receipt up with its Stripe payout. Nobody has to open an order to do it.

Your chart of accounts, respected

Income lands in the accounts your bookkeeper already uses, or in our defaults. Nobody reclassifies a thing at month-end.

Month-end, minus the retyping

Every payment goes to QuickBooks exactly once, even if you send an order again.

  • Sales receipts

For every store order, and for every quote payment as it comes in.

  • Refund receipts

We send each refund and chargeback as its own receipt, dated the day it happened.

  • Stripe fees with each payout

We record Stripe fees as an expense. Your bank deposits match your books.

  • One QuickBooks item per product

Your sales reports show real product names. Each product counts once, across every store.

Frequently asked questions

Does Itemstores work with QuickBooks Desktop?

No. Itemstores connects to QuickBooks Online only, and only to companies based in the US.

Does Itemstores sync to QuickBooks automatically?

No, posting is manual. Post one order from its page, or select up to 50 on the orders list and post them together. A saved filter lists every order with money not yet posted.

How are Stripe fees recorded in QuickBooks?

Each paid Stripe payout posts one Purchase for the fees in it, expensed to your fees account and paid from your Stripe clearing account. Fees are not split across individual orders.

Will my old orders be posted when I connect QuickBooks?

No. Only money settled after you connect is posted. Sales already in your books are never counted twice.

How does sales tax get into QuickBooks?

Each sales receipt carries the tax collected at checkout, and QuickBooks automated sales tax records it. There is no tax account to map.

Is QuickBooks sync included in the Starter license?

No. QuickBooks sync is part of the Full license. Purchase orders, inventory and your product catalog are not synced on any plan.
