Right rules, right product

Price a hoodie by its embroidery and a tee by how many are ordered. Each product only uses the rules you give it.

Bigger orders, better prices

A lower price at a bigger quantity gives customers a reason to order more. Every product with the rule follows the same discounts.

No color left behind

Upload the artwork and we count its colors for you. A five-color logo never gets quoted as three.

Same job, same price. Every product follows the same order. Prices stay predictable.

Frequently asked questions

How do I price screen printing by number of colors?

Add a matrix rule: a grid of quantity tiers by colors. Itemstores counts the colors in each artwork's colorway and adds them up across the screen-printed placements. You never enter a color count by hand.

How do I price embroidery by stitch count?

Add an embroidery upcharge rule, a grid of quantity by stitch count that starts with 8 quantity tiers and stitch columns from 6k to 19k. The stitch count comes from the artwork's embroidery file, and each embroidered location is charged separately.

Can one product have both screen printing and embroidery?

Yes. Each placement is priced by its own method. A screen-printed front counts toward the ink grid and an embroidered chest toward the stitch grid, never both.

In what order are pricing rules applied?

Always matrix, volume discount, embroidery upcharge, size upcharge, flat fee, percent markup, then round.

Do volume discounts count different colors and sizes together?

Yes. Quantity tiers count the product's total across every line in the cart. 12 red and 12 blue of the same tee price at the 24-piece tier.

Does 2XL also cover XXL and tall sizes in a size upcharge?

Yes. Other spellings of a size are covered automatically, and tall, petite, short and long sizes use the matching regular size unless you list them. To charge nothing for one of those, list it at $0.00.
