Frequently asked questions

Can I set a minimum order quantity on a DTG product?

Yes, on any product. The minimum counts every size and color of that product in the cart together.

Does Itemstores price DTG by print size?

No. There's no pricing rule based on print area. Price DTG products directly, then add size upcharges, volume tiers, a flat fee or your markup on top.

Can I charge more for 2XL and up?

Yes. A size upcharge rule adds an amount to the sizes that cost more, and other spellings like XXL are covered automatically.

How do I know which blanks to buy when a store closes?

Open a new purchase order and add items starts on needs purchasing, the lines not covered by stock or an open purchase order. Select them and save one purchase order per supplier.
