Company store software with employee points and private access

Give employees points to spend in a private store. Points get them shopping, and a card covers anything more they want.

Their brand, their perks. Staff join with an invite, a code or their work email. The gear and the prices stay private to the company.

Stores that look the part

A store that looks like the brand's own website wins the order. Itemstores gets one live for any team, school or company, no designer needed.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a point worth in a company store?

One point is always one cent. 2,500 points spend like $25.00, and the rate can't be changed.

What if an employee doesn't have enough points?

Their points come off the products first, then shipping, and they pay the rest by card in the same checkout.

How do employees get into a private company store?

Invite them by email or CSV, give them a code worth a set number of points, or turn on the domain allowlist so anyone with a matching work email can join.

Can I change balances for a whole team at once?

Yes. Select participants and adjust their balances in bulk. Every change goes into each person's point history with who made it.

Can a points store also use pay later?

No. A store with a point program can't turn on pay later, because a points checkout still goes through card payment. Run pay later on a separate store.

Can I stock a company store without holding inventory?

Yes. Add print on demand products from Fulfill Engine. They're sent to Fulfill Engine once an order is paid. You need your own Fulfill Engine account and the Full license.
