There is no subscription. The Full license is a single payment. Enterprise includes everything in Full.

What Full adds

Unlimited stores, and unlimited products per store
Team members: invite people to the business and assign them roles
QuickBooks and Fulfill Engine integrations
Subdomain store links, your-store.item.store instead of item.store/your-store
Custom domains: serve a store at your own domain, see Domains

Stripe’s fee is separate

The percentages above are the Itemstores transaction fee. Stripe charges its own processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction on top, and takes it directly.

Redemption fee

Itemstores charges a flat $1.49 per order on Starter and $0.79 on Full and Enterprise when the order is paid with gift cards or points. The Itemstores transaction fee still applies to the amount they covered.

Two caps apply on every license: one store until Stripe is connected, and 1,000 new products per business in any 24 hours. Connect Stripe before you plan a second store. Invoices, credits and payment methods live in Billing.
