# Licenses and limits

> What each license includes and what Itemstores charges

## Licenses

| License | License fee | Itemstores transaction fee |
| ---------- | --------------------------- | -------------------------- |
| Starter | Free forever | 5.9% |
| Full | \$399 once, lifetime access | 2.9% |
| Enterprise | Custom | Negotiated |

There is no subscription. The Full license is a single payment.

Enterprise includes everything in Full.

## What Full adds

* Unlimited stores, and unlimited products per store
* Team members: invite people to the business and assign them roles
* QuickBooks and Fulfill Engine integrations
* Subdomain store links, `your-store.item.store` instead of `item.store/your-store`

## Stripe's fee is separate

The percentages above are the Itemstores transaction fee. Stripe charges its own
processing fee of 2.9% + \$0.30 per transaction on top, and takes it directly.

## Point redemption fee

When a store participant redeems points, Itemstores charges a flat \$1.49 per
redemption on Starter and \$0.79 on Full and Enterprise, plus the Itemstores
transaction fee on the amount the points covered.

## Limits

| Limit | Starter | Full and Enterprise |
| ------------------------------------ | ------------- | ------------------- |
| Stores per calendar month | 5 | Unlimited |
| Products per store | 100 | Unlimited |
| Team members and pending invitations | Not available | 100 |

Two caps apply on every license: one store until Stripe is connected, and 1,000
new products per business in any 24 hours. Connect Stripe before you plan a
second store.

Invoices, credits and payment methods live in
[Billing](/help/knowledge-base/settings/billing).
