# Client portal
> Give an organizer read-only access to their store's results
The client portal is a link you send to someone outside your business, such as a
coach or a PTA lead, so they can follow their own store without an Itemstores
account.
The portal opens on the store's name and two tabs, **Stock** and **Orders**.
Stock is this store's products with a search box. Orders lists date, order
number, customer, total, and the payment, fulfillment and delivery statuses, and
each one opens into its detail. Everything is read only, and there is no
revenue figure.
## Sending an invite
**New invite** opens the Send portal invite dialog. Only **Email** is required.
**Name** is optional and just helps you tell invites apart. **Send invite** sends
it, and each recipient gets their own private link.
The table shows who invited them, when the invite was sent, and when they last
opened their portal. **Last accessed** reads **Never** until they do, which tells
you whether the link is being used.
Each row's menu offers **Copy link**, **Resend email** and **Delete**. Selecting
rows reveals a toolbar with **Resend email** and **Delete** only. There is no
bulk copy, since each link is different.
Deleting an invite removes that person's access immediately. Their link stops
working, and everyone else's keeps working.
