3) Q: You have an item I want on a different server than my own. How do I buy that item from you and get it on my server?
A: If you buy the items on our site, and we don't have the storage for you, neither we cant find any on your realm. We will inform you through the paypal email either the in game whisper. and it happens that we have your items on another realm, we will advice you pay us 25$ to use a transfer service, and we will help you transfer the items to your realm and send it to you. We will also offer you a free transfer service if your order cost over 200$.

4) Q: How long does it take to get the items ?
A: It can take anywhere from 12-24 hours to several days depending upon the rarity of the items you are looking for. If at any time you want to exchange for a different item you may do so. We will look for your items day and night till we find them.

5) Q: What if I want to cancel an item order ?
A: All items can be cancelled at any time before you receive the item. How ever once you get it can not be returned. The funds of the cancelled item will be returned to your Paypal account or credit card.

6) Q: How will the items be delivered to me ?
A: They will be sent through the in-game mail system and you will be e-mailed when the order is completed
